School Of Language

My first website project from Memphis was for the (then-2006) new project from David Brewis of Field Music, entitled School Of Language. I’d been interested in their work for years, and to be offered the opportunity to work with them was amazing.

The site build itself isn’t complicated at all. It’s very simple, very old fashioned, but meets their needs. Purely HTML, bits of CSS here and there, a mailing list compiled out of PHP List, discography pages and a PHP contact form. School Of Language was a small project, so nothing intense was needed. It was after this one, I got the The Week That Was project, from Davids brother Peter.

There was also no social network aspect to the site, as this was done well before Velvet Grooves became a website design service.
